EFT Tapping Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT research shows that, in just a few short sessions significant improvements can be achieved.


For instance, in a recent clinical study involving 216 healthcare workers, EFT Tapping led to a 45% reduction in anxiety and depression and a 68% decrease in pain. This is the power of EFT tapping.  This technique, developed by Gary Craig in the US, involves tapping on specific points which are the end points of meridians in Chinese medicine.  This tapping stimulates the movement of “stuck” emotions and thoughts within each of the meridians. Many of our negative thought patterns stem from early childhood memories that affected us negatively. In fact, most of our thought patterns are created by the age of 6.  This powerful technique can help release negative beliefs which started from negative experiences from even early childhood which one might not be aware of on a conscious level.  EFT tapping can also be beneficial for changing bad habits such as smoking, overeating or procrastination. 

Matrix Reimprinting

 

Matrix Reimprinting is a transformative method that helps you free yourself from your past conditioning and create a present and future, in harmony with who you really are. Based on  EFT, you begin with tapping until the intensity of your emotions decrease, and you project a scene outside of yourself and visualize yourself there. This dissociation allows you to work on a version of yourself from a detached perspective.
